Installation
770 x 350cm
Museo de Arte Contemporáneo
Santiago, Chile
2018
Neighbourhood Meeting #8 was an installation specifically done for the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo of Santiago, Chile. It consists of a wall containing 702 pieces of paint taken from the facades of houses and shops of the central district of Santiago. Each fragment was placed 20cm away from the other over a reticulated wall surface of 770 x 350cm.
Neighbourhood Meeting is a title for a series of exercises on abstraction that tells of the materials present on the facades of Santiago’s central district.
